District of Virginia in all matters arising under chapter 7, 11, and 13 of
the bankruptcy code including:
Filing relief from stay motions enabling secured creditors to proceed with
foreclosures of real property, repossession and sale of secured collateral,
and/or lawsuits against persons/entities who have filed bankruptcy.
Representing creditors making objections to confirmation of debtors'
proposed Chapter 11 and 13 plans.
Representing creditors in maintaining adversary proceedings against debtors,
including actions to hold the creditor's debt "non-dischargeable."
Preparing and filing proofs of claim and making motions related thereto.
